Abstract
This report consists of a review of the cyclonic disturbances and their associated features, that formed in the North Indian Ocean during the year 1994. That year there were eight cyclonic disturbances, the last system formed as a depression over the southeast Arabian Sea on 15 November. It initialy moved westward and west-south-westwards.The system intensified into a servere cyclonic storm with a core of hurricane winds on the morning of 19 November and finally crossed over North Somalia coast as a servere cyclonic storm on the morning of 20 November.
